    1/1250 model of ARA La Argentina, Argentine light cruiser, 1939-1971.  ARA La Argentina was buit in the UK and as can be seen, follows Royal Navy design practice from the late 1930s and bears a resemblance to other RN light cruisers,  The Argentine Navy operated La Argentina from 1939 until 1971, mostly as a training ship.
    This is an Argonaut model, and has detail approaching Neptun models.  The model is in excellent shape and has not been removed from what looks to be a replacement box.
